Shipping policy

How long before my order ships?

After you complete checkout your processing time will begin. Processing can take 3-5 business days. Any national holidays are excluded from this timeframe. 

Once your package leaves our warehouse it ships at the "speed" of the carrier you chose at checkout. 

Please note that once packages are in the carrier's care we are no longer responsible for your package. Any delayed, lost, or stolen packages should be taken up with your local post office. 

International Shipping

Yes, we do provide international shipping.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. 

Damaged products

Please notify us within 2 business days (48 hours) of your order’s delivery date of any damages by providing a photo or video of ALL products that were shipped. Must include ALL packing materials and products that were shipped to you. Without these items, we may be unable to assist.  Keep in mind that any damage done in transit is not our responsibility. 

I put the wrong address in now what?

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. When submitting your order please review your details to make sure all personal information is correct. Packages are sent to the address entered at checkout.
