Refund policy
All sales are final for sanitation reasons.
There are no exchanges and/or returns unless there is an error on the company's end resulting in wrong items being sent.
Any damaged packages are not our responsibility; however, if this were to happen contact us via email within 48hrs of receiving your package. Be prepared to send a CLEAR image/video of the received package and it can be discussed further. Note that Muse by Monae has the right to refuse your return.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any stolen items. Once packages are delivered to mail handler it is not in our care nor is it our responsibility. You will need to contact your carrier.
